Jeff Carl: EP

In Jeff Carl’s latest EP, the NY based singer/songwriter is in his honest, fun, live-in-the-moment attitude. Released last August 16, 2011 under Q Productions , this latest musical effort features five acoustic pop songs that are ready to hit the radio waves. Intro track I’ll Be Gone Tomorrrow is packed with just the right dose of sunshine to lift the gloomy days ahead. Jeff’s radio-polished vocals is a treat to the ears.

Hearts will stop in the action-packed 3D animation The Chase by Tomás Vergara, a self-taught artist from Chile. Because of his passion for film, he left his day job in advertising and made this visual masterpiece. For eight months and with only US $700, Vergara isolated himself in a cabin on the woods and followed his dream to produce an animated film. The result was The Chase, a short piece revolving on a newbie hitman who's job goes on the loose.

Listening to the newest release by the South Florida native Hi-Rez, it is not heard to see that this 18 year old definitely knows how to put together one sweet mixtape. Washington Irving: The Legend of Sleepy Hollow

Many have seen the TV or movie version of Washington Irving’s famous short story, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow but what better way to appreciate a work of art is to read the original version. First published in his collection The Sketch Books of Geoffrey Crayon, Gent., the short story is set on a Dutch Settlement known as ‘Tarry Town’ where strange tales are told. It revolves around a tall and gangly school master who falls in love with the beautiful Katrina Van Tassel and tries to woo her away from his rival suitors until one night he was hunted by the headless horseman who roams around the town.

Chris Koza’s The Dark, Delirious Morning should be what the sea is to summer, or flowers are to spring: a landmark release. Based in Minneapolis, Chris Koza is an enviable singer/songwriter with three albums that never turned mediocre. Either a solo artist, a duo with longtime guitar player Peter Sieve, or with his band Rogue Valley (which had its own special appearance on FrostClick), Koza steps into the spotlight fully-loaded with precise craftsmanship and talent.
