Music Maker Jam from Magix does exactly that, create music the easy and fun way. With this program you’ll have no trouble churning out your own tracks as it comes with plenty of styles and loops. For all its features though, Music Maker Jam is actually easy to use.

Get ready for some goosebumps as the performance artist/musician/songwriter serenades your ears with an eclectic mix of upbeat melodies and core-driven lines. Released October 2013, Happy Fits of Rage was Katt’s first solid step to the music industry before Picking Out Boxes, which was also featured here. Happy Fits of Rage has already been featured on ABC’s Switched at Birth.

Fanfarlo: The Sea

The sea serves as an inspiration to so many wonderful things, including Fanfarlo‘s recent EP. This London-based indie alternative band released The Sea last October 2013, and the quintet describes it as “science fiction” concept project, where the songs are said to be a discussion about the possible origins of humanity and the direction we are all heading for in the future. Moreover, the group describes it as “Space Opera” meets “Spaghetti Western.” [Hmm, interesting.]

The objective of the game is simple, and that’s to make sure your monkey doesn’t get killed by the stampeding elephants, and just like other classic sidescrollers, it is a lot of fun and more challenging than it seems.

Deadwall: Bukimi no Tani

The wait is finally over for Deadwall fans as the band’s second release, Bukimi no Tani, is up for grabs. The UK, Leeds group formed in early 2012, where they released their first EP but later disbanded. After regrouping, the four-piece crew returns to the music scene with a fresh set of songs that, as they put it, “treads that well worn line of beauty and brutality.”
