Hi-Rez: Lost Time [Mixtape]

Indie psych band, The Ugly Club is making sure they leave you impressed with their latest record, You Belong to the Minutes. These New Jersey natives have brewed a quiet storm in their short presence; creating two albums and going from small bars to performing the festival circuit as well as gracing national concert stages in a short time span.

Azoora: A Thousand Ways EP

Almost a year after John Purcell from Azoora recorded the very loved EP "Apart" together with sweet voiced Graciellita, a new jewel from the full band was released in collaboration with the 23seconds.org label. Slightly moving away from trip-hop and their electronic sounds, this time around Azoora presents a darker, more indie, post-rock, psychedelic release. It's titled "A Thousand Ways EP" and, surpassing all expectations, it could just be the bands best work to date.

Swear and Shake: Maple Ridge

If Bon Iver and The Carpenters had a love child, then it will definitely be Swear and Shake. Their new musical venture, Maple Ridge, paints a fresh new color to the somehow predictable indie folk landscape. Hailing from New York, the band is composed of Kari Spieler, Adam McHeffey, Shaun Savage, and Thomas Elefante. The quartet was formed last 2010 upon an encounter between Kari and Adam who then recruited two of his long-time friends Shaun and Tom. After that, the rest is history filled with live performances, tours across the US, and opening acts for big musicians like Alison Krauss and Ray LaMontagne.

Prosthetik Intelligentz x Gravity Movement: Sounds & Wonders EP

Shift your mind into fifth gear with Prosthetik Intelligentz and Gravity Movement's The Sounds & Wonders EP. Formed in Fayetteville, North California on April 2010, Prosthetik Intelligentz is an independent Hip-hop duo consisting of Bryson "B. Doom" Dumas and Ezra "Ezzie B". Baptiste. After meeting and realizing their passion for authentic music, the duo started to create the Man-Cave Music Mixtape series. The first instalment produced a lot of buzz on the underground music scene, while the second instalment showcased collaborations with Erik "Depakote" Lopez, an independent Garden Grove California producer.
