Cypria: Infinite Loop Vol. 1 (Indescribable Sounds)

Music and hip hop with a purpose; Infinite Loop Vol. 1 is an intense collection that's filled with crafty beats and interesting mixes. From the instrumentals to the R&B tinged tracks down to the occasional hip hop rhymes, the record is a great collection of random beats that's worth playing over and over again. The album is spearheaded by 19-year old UK producer, Cypria.

Toucan Music (Various Artists): Best Bytes Volume 1

Founded way back in 2004 and previously known as Frantik Music, Toucan Music came up with this nineteen track compilation that includes DJ-friendly singles from 2002 (to present) in a variety of dance genres such as house, breakbeat, hardcore, chillout, and trance. Hailing from United Kingdom, Toucan Music provides original high quality full-length tunes with a broad range of style. Another Boring Lunchtime makes its way to track number one. Produced and edited by Toucan Music’s main man Psychadelik Pedestrian, it showcases a number of piano and keyboard variations that can pump up and heighten the senses.

Sound Healers: Sound Healers Vol 1

If you want some smooth and eclectic semi-instrumental cuts to keep you company, Sound Healers Vol. 1 would be a great candidate. The album consists of 14 interesting tracks from various talented producers. Compiled by Leeds producer, Bambooman, it was done "to help shed light on some amazing forward thinking producers from across the globe." You'll find tracks from artists like Blank and Kytt, Deft, Zack Christ, Daneat, Sina, Rooflight, Kashmere, as well as Bambooman himself.

Midnight Cassette: A Hearing Gold Compilation by Hearing Gold

Midnight Cassette is the latest compilation album from Vancouver-based music blog, Hearing Gold. The on-line magazine "presents material utilizing the marriage of musical innovation and affective visual aesthetics to evoke feeling in the senses." The album is made up of music from some of the site's favorite bands, producers and artists, in general. According to the group, the concept behind the compilation was to create a set of "tracks to listen to while freely cruising the road on a long, introspective drive."

Magic Man: Real Life Color

Dreamy and magical seems best fit to describe Magic Man. Partners in crime, Sam Lee and Alex Caplow join together to create a beautiful mix of simple indie synth pop tracks that at parts will lull you to sleep and also perk your day right up. Real Life Color is their debut compilation. According to the boys, "the songs were written at several different locations in France, including a chateau, a farm, a circus festival, and a beach cottage and brought back home to the states for further recording and editing (most of which was done in small dorm rooms and transmitted between band members with the aid of the world wide web)."

Roughquest: Hybrid EP

Coming in as the 12th release from the Cut Records roster, Roughquest and its Hybrid EP is certainly living up to expectations. Hailing from Berlin, "James brings us some strong experimental bass-weight in the form of the three-track Hybrid EP." Exploring dub step, techno and infusing it with tribal as well as world music; the three-song EP is a hodge podge of grooves and synths inside out. You'll find plenty of interesting moments here.

Cult Classic Records Present: Friends and Family

One of the newest kids on the block, Cult Classic Record is an online netlabel that aims to share and promote new talent in the world of music. Mainly focusing on trip hop, jazz and ambient beats, the label has quite a few artists under their roster. Friends and Family is an attempt to compile some of the best tracks from these musicians, and showcase what they have to offer in just one place. It's offered absolutely free over BandCamp and is an awesome way to discover new artists in the genre.

Rykard: Shelter Cove

Lift those gloomy days with a hint of sunshine in Rykard's latest musical project Shelter Cove. Released last August 11, 2012 through Dedpop, the Northern England-based musician gives to us four tracks oozing with infectious electronic synthpop that will surely make you feel that it's summer all over again. Title track Shelter Cove opens up with tribal beats and dangerously addictive synthlines. Glowing electro tunes floes steadily through each note, creating the perfect laid-back anthem.
