The Intercontinental Music Lab (IML) is a world-wide music project whose aim is to promote musical collaboration. The core contributors, originally from Cambridge, England are now writing and recording music all over the planet - and new international collaborators are being enlisted every week. IML Collaborators submit backing-tracks to IML H.Q. where they are randomly redistributed to other collaborators who write lyrics and record vocals. The subject of IML's first album was "Superheroes of Science", second "Superheroes of Sea" and the third was "Superheroes of Space".

Their music is characteristic of layered guitar textures and melody focused songwriting. We have a star on the rise for you here! Danny "Legacy" Mcbride is a very talented New York artist with a broad musical range. His sound is a fusion of R&B, Pop, Jazz, sometimes even Gospel & Rock. He's been producing local artists since he was twelve years old, learned how to play piano at age five and sang ever since he could speak. He has written or co-written all of the songs on this self-titled album and spent countless hours of recording and producing to bring it to perfection. Some of the songs feature two of his good friends and studio partners - Critical and G-dub.

This EP is a great chilled out mixture of 70s dance, funk with a touch of reggae and dub. Just listening to the first beats makes your feet move. We couldn't find much about the creators, but the EP has been mastered by Stuart Robertson, a songwriter, pianist and producer. The beautiful cover was designed and executed by RandyPan, an art director, graphic designer and a photographer with an alter-ego of Doward Williams.

The films soundtrack is also available as a free download (under CC license of course). Written, directed, shot and edited almost entirely by Reid Gershbein in just two weeks, "Here. My Explosion..." is a great example of what a talented filmmaker can do nowadays with little to no money.
