Bloodline Champions is an action fighting game created by Stunlock Studios. In this multiplayer game players are divided into the Cold and Warm teams. The emphasis here is on fighting, but there are several modes such as Capture the Flag, Team Deathmatch, Deathmatch and map point control among others.
There are 26 characters here and all are divided into four archetypes: the tanks, healers, melee damage and ranged damage. Tanks are close in fighters, while range damage characters specialize in long distance attacks. Healers specialize in healing and have other abilities. One of the things that set Bloodline Champions apart from others is that there are no random elements, and progress and victory will depend entirely on your skills.
The game also lets you see what skills are used in battle and the amount of damage, perfect for making adjustments later on. Aside from featuring PvP (player vs. player) gameplay, you can also play solo or team and there is support for 3×3 and 2×2 brackets. And if you love fast play, Bloodline Champions is for you since each round usually takes just 2 minutes, and the format is a best of five.
It must also be emphasized that there are no targeting or critical hits here, and skill development is essential. This doesn’t mean Bloodline Champions is for seasoned gamers only, as the learning curve isn’t as difficult as in other games. As for the presentation, the graphics are very smooth and crisp, and the sounds complement it. The settings, scenarios and characters are very detailed and well designed. If you love multiplayer action games, then Bloodline Champions will be just right for you.
