Sprinkle Free is a physics based puzzle game. Published by Mediocre AB, your objective is to put out the fires that are wrecking havoc on the planet. All you have to do is aim your hose at the blaze and press the button to release water. But because this is a physics based game, it’s a little more challenging than that.
To put out the fires you need to adjust the nozzle height via touch and drag, and you can also adjust the angles by dragging anywhere on your display. As the levels progress the puzzles become harder. You might for example, be required to open paths for a blaze, but you need to make sure it doesn’t get in the way of other fires. Also, the latter levels will require you to steady the hose more accurately and use timing.
While Sprinkle free is challenging it is also very enjoyable. Apart from dousing the fires you also need to gather a particular number of ‘drops’ prior to getting to the next level. Not only are the levels extensive (22 in all) but each one is set up differently so it doesn’t feel like you’re doing the same thing over and over. Also, the graphics and sounds really complement the rest of the game.
Sprinkle Free is an enjoyable puzzle game, and it’s a refreshing change from the usual games that are proliferating on the Android and iOS. If you are tired of those games that allow you to perform impossible tasks, then this game might be want you need.
