Snappy screen capture grabs an image of your desktop, a selected region, an object or an application window, or even an entire web page you are currently viewing.

The in-software options include desktop capture, selected window capture, object and selection capture. Clicking the Start button opens up the Event window and you are ready to go.

You can set Time Capture (take screenshot after regular interval), Mouse Capture (capture screen at every mouse event) and Keyboard Capture (capture screen at every keyboard event).

You can even save chosen images under the Images menu, than Export images as BMP, JPEG, PNG, PDF, XML and AVI, save all pictures in a single PDF file or send them as email attachments.

If all that capturing and saving was not enough, Snappy lets you apply filters such as gaussian smooth, mosaic, mono, or spray, rotate, resize, emboss, twist, drop shadow and more. You can even add various annotations to your screen capture including text and shapes.

Snappy Screen Capture can also be installed as a portable product – place Snappy on a removable drive, plug it into another computer and directly run the file.

Snappy works on 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. It a simple capture software with handy extras.
